Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds and returns are in line with Omani Law and Legislation. Refunds for unused and unopened goods will be accepted within 30 days with proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Returns will only be processed with a valid receipt as proof of purchase.

Food items cannot be returned. Please check you have purchased the right food before you leave the store or before the delivery driver leaves.

Products cannot be returned directly to the manufacturer. If you have any issues with an item we are supplying we can issue a complaint on your behalf.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received and accepted your returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, then credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.

Sale items are non returnable.

In the event that you have not received your refund:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.

If you have tried both of these options and you have still not received your refund please contact us.

Exchanges

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something for the same item, send us an email with photos of the damaged item and we can arrange a replacement.
